Good year for investing and holding. Find the momentum stocks and ride them to $. Lot of movers up over 100% over various timeframes this year Also is good / key to have a cash flow day trade account where you can execute if trades set up intraday and trade around core positions

Not often we get days like today when the SPY implodes this much. I guess POTUS thinks at all time highs he has -15% to work with. Probably won't help the job market if we get more tariffs

Interesting $WMT $MCD and $LMT are green today $MP up huge but mainly because the tariffs on rare earth possibility.

We have had a really nice run this summer. On a net basis I lost money today giving back profits on longer term holds. Maybe another 5-8% down. Job market is weak and not sure ratcheting tariffs back to 100% is going to help procurement for every business.

Well happy holidays everyone. He wants 100% tariffs on China starting November 1. And doing export controls so that means no $NVDA $AMD chip sales to China and $SOXL will get crushed

What happens next in markets is all about which timeframe confirms. Many weekly and even monthly charts are wrecked. Know where the closing prices were Friday. Going forward are we under or over that price. Then execute trades accordingly

Segmented trading accounts helps. Day trade cash flow account. Longer term account / IRA. Many ways to navigate markets and manages risk or pull cost basis out of a position.

Lots of helpful people on twitter. End of the day each trader is responsible for their own P/L. You click buy. You click sell. And if it’s not a small loss it runs the risk of becoming a much bigger loss.

If we taco which looks like POTUS has, you should still consider lightening up on weak / low profit positions in your portfolio. Might be a gift to exit for smaller losses or get out of positions that have stagnated and aren't working.

Only thing that matters in trading is adapting to what the market is doing based on the timeframe you are trading on. Execution gets you paid. Your money. Your buy / sell. This is not really a team sport. But its nice to have some trading friends too.
