IDFC FIRST Bank your agent Mr.GOBINDO LALA(mob. 070015 07480) of Asansol branch had visited my house yesterday evening in my absence and also without my permission. He has misbehaved with my family members.later he met me outside, forced & harassed me for payment.

He has used cuss words against me and even tried to hit me. Being scared i even told him that i will make the payment the next day. But he was too adamant. On finding the situation going totally out of control i decided to report this to the nearby police station.

Today i have reported and they did call him but he did not turn up giving an excuse.he is being summoned again in the evening at 5p.m. if he does not turn up i will be lodging an FIR against him. And also the harm and the harassment that has been done i will not pay anything.
