HDawareness Tonight is the first time I got frightened of my wife,doesn’t sound right does it to let this happening.I had to put her to bed I can’t understand what going on

HDawareness I know as carers for our love ones ,we don’t do for the money because we get nothing,The main problem we have is so many different service we have to talk to , to get anything done it’s so frustrating when they tell you u have to talk to another department

HDawareness When you care for a person with Huntington’s you can share some things but you hold a lot back of what is really going on because you feel you are betraying your love one and those feelings you hide are the ones you carry alone Huntington’s is dreadful

HDawareness I wonder how Matt Ward is doing I hope he is ok .He was involved in the Roche Trials that was cancelled,I know he was very upset about the trials been cancelled I really hope he is well.any body got any info about how he is doing

HDawareness I have no idea what trials are going on at the moment for Huntington’s,all I know it is for future generations if you have Huntington’s sooner or later you will die from the disease,it’s really that simple life span is usually 15 20 years dreadful but true God bles

HDawareness At this moment there is a war going on between the human soul and Huntington’s disease my wife looks good one day the next day I think she’s going to die There is no doubt in my mind Huntington’s will win that’s the nature of Huntington’s

HDawareness As a caregiver for a person who suffers from Huntington’s ,I think you get to a stage sooner or later when you realise there is nothing more you can do,Nothing more to say about Huntington’s,you are just waiting for inevitable,heartbreaking really I suppose.

HDawareness Sometimes I just don’t know what to do ,I can’t think straight I feel confused looking after my wife.Will I do this or that I just don’t know anymore

HDawareness This is my wife and our first granddaughter and I know my wife will die from Huntington’s and that is the reality of Huntington’s

HDawareness This is Huntington’s disease,they don’t show images like this on soap operas on tv,just talk bolocks about Huntington’s

HDawareness My wife was rushed into hospital on Thursday.I have great respect for Nurses, But I have to say when it comes to a person who has Huntington’s they have not got a glue how to nurse people with Huntington’s and I really don’t expect them to ,Nurse are fabulous
