Top tip, make sure you get the right ScotRail smart card number when you buy a ticket, as it seems really difficult to change. Got a new smart card, accidentally set it to load a ticket to the old card, can’t change online, two attempts by customer service haven’t worked either.

Hey ScotRail - first time travelling on an off peak all day smartcard ticket and your platform validators came up “not valid” when I tried to tap in for a former peak time train. Guy in the ticket office not able to help.

Hi ScotRail do you have any idea when the broken smart card readers on Kinghorn station will be fixed, not working at all on the Edinburgh platform or by the ticket office, and the one by the Kirkcaldy bound platform is rejecting off peak all day tickets in peak times still.

Hey Citymapper is there any way to correct the app when it has you on the wrong train - currently thinks I’m on a slow train that hasn’t left Edinburgh yet, so is notifying me of stations were not stopping at!

Urgh, a ScotRail special this morning. The 7:44 to Waverley was short formed anyway due to a breakdown, but what turned up had one of the three carriages out of service because the heating in the middle coach of 170430 had failed. 🥶

So the ScotRail score this morning, with 170408 and 170409 on the service to Waverley, coaches six, coaches out of service for some reason two.

Hey ScotRail - a quick bit of app feedback, just booked a ticket for an hours time in the app, the app says it can load onto a smartcard after five minutes, but it doesn’t offer a smartcard option for the ticket - I assume it’s applying the three hour limit for stations.

Hey ScotRail, a weird smartcard quirk. I booked one of the £17 Club 50 tickets via the website, that all worked and turned up in my account on the app, but it just wouldn’t load onto the card via the app. Popped into the station and after a long “Updating” loaded onto the card.

Discovery today is that UPS can retrospectively change their tracking information. I’ve had one of two packages from Philips go missing, today after being delayed for days, the tracking information has been changed to claim it was delivered with the first package. 🤯

Hey Nationwide can I suggest that on your cards you maybe don’t put those raised dots directly lined up with the signature strip on the back? My signature is unrecognisable as a result of the six holes in the signature strip!
