Nice to see these data out! My takeaways: 1. TP53 still the bad player. 2. MDS-related mutations in the higher benefit group w/ Ven-aza c/w earlier recent studies of RUNX1, ASXL1,etc. 3. Waiting for more data on triplets and/or sequencing on FLT3 outcomes in this context.

Outstanding thread on this concept - it’s so common to show that X target is high or low in cancer and associated with some outcome but tumor/cellular context and mechanistic insights are key for finding meaningful biomarkers and therapeutic dependencies.
