It's been very busy at work since I returned from holiday buuut I have still summoned the energy to try keep hitting the gym during the week 💪 Some days, the motivation is lacking 😅

Spent Friday to Monday in a cute converted barn with 6 other ladies celebrating a friend's 30th bday. Much time was spent relaxing in the sauna & hot tub. Gotta now mentally prepare to return to work tomorrow!

Hockey day today! I've had a bit of a break away from hockey this season (for the first time in over 20 years!) and recently started playing again. I forgot how absolutely knackering it is!
