I agree one should be prudent and judicious when carrying a gun, even legally. But the spirit of this rationalization runs counter to nearly everything the NRA and other second amendment supporters have told me for years.

Hey conservatives supporting the 2A (as I am), this is the maga administration and much of the twitter/X magasphere calling you a menacing domestic terrorist if you carry while out and about, perhaps even justifying the government to shoot you dead.

This is your maga administration starkly denoucing the Second Amendment. But the maga "conservatives" are so far gone they'll just nod their heads and follow along.
