#expedia sucks. They cancelled my flight without informing me & not re-booking it. The site doesn't work, all my valid itineraries show cancelled.

#Westjet flight delayed by 4 hours at Toronto international airport. Not because of the snow storm but because it took them 2 hours to get the plane from the hanger the the gate & another 2 hours to get someone to load the luggage. I will miss my connecting flight. Money back

#thriftycarrental sucks. Twice during our trip to Hawaii this Dec-Jan they made us wait about 2-3 hours for our car even though we had a reservation. Will never use them again.

americanair Yes, 5 hours delay !!!!had reservations for car and activities, all wasted, our whole day is waste. We need compensation ! Upset family !!
