I cannot recommend The Fifth Step at Soho Place highly enough. It was very funny, twisty, bit dark, very human, relatable, very well written, intimate staging and superbly acted. Both Martin Freeman & Jack Lowden were sublime! Go see it, I can't wait to go back! #SoloTheatreTrip

28日のSD。なぜか動画にしておらず写真です。この日はマーティンのお友達っぽい男性お二人が入って行ってマネ氏が先に青リンゴバッグを車に運び入れたのでSDはないなと思いました。マーティンはレイチェル氏とお友達とご一緒に出ていらっしゃいました。これからご飯に行くのでしょう。お疲れ様でした。

さて29日のSD。マーティンは終演後70分以上出てこなかったので、もしかしたらお子たちが来ていて一緒に出てくるのでは… と思っていたけどそうではなかった。疲れて休んでいたのかな？ロンドン最後の晩にちゃんと動画が撮れて良かった。

The Sherlock fan certain foolish fans(I won't say who) always expect all his roles to be like Phil Rask and stupidly try to fool themselves into believing that they are, when clearly they are not and they don't have to be, come on, Tim Canterbury or Bilbo Baggins clearly are not like Phil Rask 🙄

The Sherlock fan All his characters have their own essence, & that's f%kin fine! His characters have nuances; that's what makes him a great actor, so I don't care if he wears a ridiculous wig or if he completely 'transforms.' His acting & the psychology of his characters are what I always admire.

The Sherlock fan Well, Lester isn't exactly evil (Martin's only truly evil character's Hector Dixon)he actually has some sort of schizotypal disorder. He's always been extremely repressed, that caused him numerous frustrations throughout his life, until 1day he couldn't stand it anymore &exploded

The Sherlock fan Hector Dixon is truly sadistic, while the rest of Martin's characters act according to their circumstances & suffer the consequences. All of his characters have a deep psychology, &he portrays them very well. In the end, you end up empathizing with them.That's why I love his work
