At Reflections adjunctive sport, excersise and outdoor activity is a staple of recovery. Today we had summit special in store for the lads #mountains Our annual trip to Mount Snowden as been fantastic - well done everyone who took part 💪💙

Our peer led boxercise program is still going strong. This is where we get our CV fitness up together in the afternoon. Currently this session is taking place Tuesday and Friday 12pm and is open to all Reflections residents, staff and volunteers. #recoveryispossible
