As a complete n00b to GPU computing, I spent 2 hours playing with a few different frameworks for running custom code on a local NVIDIA GPU. Here I ranked them from easiest to hardest to install and run: 1. JAX 2. nvfortran+OpenACC 3. PyTorch 4. TensorFlow (didn't get it to work)
