Went and toured the newly renovated G.H. Dawe Community Centre in Red Deer today. 2 new arena surfaces with everything thought out for accessibility. Sledge Hockey players rejoice! Excellent walk/run track, weight/cardio areas. Drop-in classes galore. Well done! @CityofRedDeer

Heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of noted Red Deer Historian and City Councilor, Michael Dawe. It is reported Mr. Dawe passed away on Christmas Eve. May he rest in peace.

More sad news to share... Condolences to the family and friends of former Red Deer City Councilor, Frank Wong, who is reported to have passed away. May he rest in peace.
