Ravi is 🎯 with this. We desperately need to start funding basic mechanistic research on Long COVID, ME/CFS, and their complex comorbidities (hEDS, MCAS, POTS, etc) The only way to encourage more research in this field is to fund more investigators! 💸

So what's the answer here? We need a much better understanding of what /exactly/ is making people so sick. Identifying the underlying pathology will allow us to develop targeted interventions that can be assessed more objectively.
