4x4 relay ends the meet with a season PR and our Athlete of the Meet Tayon Swift runs a lifetime PR split of 51!!!

27 teams at the Collinsville Invite today, running events=3 hours and 35 minutes! 20 teams boys/girls together, several small schools at the IPC Conf. Championships Tuesday, left at 10:45am, returned at 11pm, running events= 5.5 hours! **We have to figure out a better solution!

Tonight’s Athlete of the Meet goes to double State Qualifier in the Long Jump and 4x400 relay Gary Lawson!! He also just missed out on two others. 4x1- Season PR of 43.80 (3rd place, qualifying time is 43.50) 4x2- Season PR of 1:31.46 (3rd place, qualifying time is 1:31.24)

So happy we were able to experience a 2 day state meet again. What an absolutely wild weekend!

Spring Sports Awards night is tomorrow May 31st at 6pm in the big gym for all track, softball, baseball athletes that finished their season in good standing.
