मैं भी Indian Institute of Mass Communication में पत्रकारिता की पढ़ाई के लिए अगले 10 महीनों के लिए *₹20,000+ प्रति माह* खर्च करने में असमर्थ था। अगर PIB India ने ₹108.65 करोड़ में से केवल ₹7 करोड़ सभी #228STSCछात्रों पर खर्च करते तो सभी को भारत की विविध संस्कृतियों +क्षेत्रों से जुड़ने का अवसर मिलता।
