hi I know I haven’t been on here in forever but I don’t really know what else to do I don’t know who to talk to about this but+

+my anxiety is literally so out of hand right now to the point where I think it might be more severe than I have previously thought+

+and I’ve talked to my doctor and she prescribed me an as needed medication (not an ssri) because I was too scared to take an ssri+

+but if anyone that sees this is on an ssri that is good for them and feels comfortable telling me which one u can dm me or whatever u want+
