🇫🇷🇩🇪 core belongs to the past, as reconfiguration of centres of power/drive/influence in strategic areas unfolds. North & East forced by war to rediscover themselves, voice & potential, w/🇺🇸 colab ; will considerably (decisively?) redesign the EU. 🇫🇷🇩🇪 need to reanchor.

I rather believe we may see them in Berlin—given the state of the 🇩🇪 defence—rather than Warsaw 🇵🇱 or Tallinn 🇪🇪.
