Slept decently, watching the news now. I want to set this as an intention for the coming yrs: less news & worrying 24/7, more watching news (Democracy Now!) just 1 hr/day. This will allow focused, purposeful work daily + time for rest/play = keeping our eyes on the prize longterm.
