It's not pretty but it works! In addition to our topside membrane inlet mass spec and IFCB the #scrippsecologicalobservatory now has a CTD with dissolved O2 and fluorescence and a SUNA NO3- sensor. Thanks Riley Hale, Caitlyn, and amazing undergrads for their hard work!

After 4 weeks of daily micro plate measurements, our Masters student Ruth finished her co-culture experiment looking into increased growth rates of Dunaliella salina when co-cultured with various halophilic archaea & bacteria in different salinities. Exciting results to come!
