our 'care' system is so broken, it hurts to see it. If we don't work in a 'whole person' way with agencies communicating and working together for the better of our most vulnerable, then we are, quite frankly, fucked.

As a leader it is our duty to educate our children without bias- we cannot impose our own views which means we teach all viewpoints- discussed this in my presentation about equity this week- so important we don’t teach one narrative x #leadershipmusings
