Today, a client said $50 for a game role was their standard and many other actors openly take that rate. They were confused as to why my rates were so high when I asked for the standard indie rate. ($250 /hr with a 2 hour min) A thread about this.

Hey Voice Actors, A lot of the times you're going to be slow and there just wont be a lot of actual VO work for you to do But EVENTUALLY you will be so busy that you will have to pick and choose what gig you have time to do! KEEP GOING!!

Just a bit of warning for newer Voice Actors. Enboga Today is a low ADR paying studio that refuses to pay their actors, directors, and sound engineers. They stole HUNDREDS of hours each from myself, my fellow actors, and the directors and staff for the shows we worked.
