Mother of two Shantikala was supported to grow her own food for her family by #PhaseWorldwide. With a polytunnel and seeds, she was able to grow nutritionally-dense foods; and offer her family a diverse diet.

The safe delivery of 18-year-old Mansha's first child was supported by #PhaseWorldwide. An emergency helicopter transfer enabled her to get to hospital quickly, a journey that would have taken 24 hours.

Traditional healer Birjan been taking part in PHASE’s Health and Nutrition programme. As someone people will often turn to for advice, Birjan is helping spread knowledge of hygiene and disease prevention within his community. #PhaseWorldwide
