Today was a very heavy day for me. I remained strong and pulled through for everyone else but I didn’t find a way to come through for myself too. Taking care of ourselves is hard when you can only put in 20%. I made it through today for the hope that tomorrow is better

After 3 weeks in hospital and 6 weeks of pain, I’m finally being discharged and can go home. I can sleep in my own bed, I can take showers when I want again. I can feel like a normal person. Im literally crying im so happy

Since getting home from the hospital, I’m sleeping 4 hours a night and then cannot sleep again. It’s so beyond frustrating because as soon as I wake up, I feel wired again for the day but can’t nap at all during the day when I’m tired. Insomnia is not going to be a fun thing.

Sending out "cold call" messages to people trying to raise money for projects this year is both nerve-racking but also kind of exciting. On one hand it's daunting because you dont want to bother people, but on the other trying to push your business forward is a necessary step
