Finally back to rehearsals with the big band today- played some of "West Side Story" and I'm glad to perform again.

Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake Suite" is possibly one of the most incredibly pieces I've played on. Loving it.

"True Grit" was a great film-- I recommend seeing it if you haven't. Another cold day leaves me wanting spring to come... Oh well.

Busy week of shows, but what's going on in Egypt really puts it all in perspective. Let's hope all this ends up helping the Egyptian people.

Long day again, but an afternoon run made it all better. I'm really digging Cannonball Adderley's "Sack O' Woe." What a cool groove.

I was pulling for all the upsets tonight but only VCU came around... Congrats to them. Now, a little time off and some concerts next week.
