Today in @monaghangaa Center of Excellence, we had 290 1st year girls taking part in the @monaghangaa Super Games Programme. We had a total of 29 teams from 9 secondary schools. Thanks to all the schools who took part, Ty students for refereeing,

Well done to all involved today at @monaghangaa 1st and 2nd class Go Games blitz. We hosted 12 primary schools from around the county with 250 kids participating in the games. Another big day ahead tomorrow as we host 10 more schools.

3rd and final day of the 1st and 2nd class @monaghangaa Primary School Go Games. Well done to everyone involved over the 3 days. In total we had 700 kids represent 28 schools. There were some great skills on show over the 3 days. #monaghancoachingandgames


Also big thank you to the Ty Young Whistlers from OLSS Castleblayney and St Macartan's College for helping referee and co-ordinate the games over the 3 days.

Very sorry to hear of the death of Coach Gerry Smyth. He was one of a kind and will be missed by the hundreds of Basketballers and footballers that he coached over the last 5 decades.
