So pleased with my wild flower area of the garden. Especially when it attracts what I believe is an Adonis Blue.

Even in the rain yesterday this Cotswold meadow near Sheepscombe is just stunning. And the butterfly’s didn’t mind either.

A Bee or not a Bee, that is the question? Can anyone confirm if this is a Bee Orchid? Seen at Daneway near Sapperton in the Cotswolds. The labellum doesn’t look as round as normal and the markings incomplete.

First record of Green Hairstreak at Smeeth Sandpit yesterday. Also what I thought was a Small White Butterfly which appeared to be sunbathing upside down? Wings bright white and curved upward.
