The girls attending Beauty have been learning new skills in spray tanning and hair extensions. They will be receiving certificates which will allow them to put these skills into practice out with the Pathways Programme. Well done 👏

Our mechanics group has been learning new skills and gaining experience in mechanics Bosch Training Eurocentral. Working on wheels, tyres, and exhausts.

Educational training 🤩 This week our young people took part in a drugs and alcohol awareness session Routes to Work . These sessions are an important part of the programme to help raise awareness of the damage that can be caused by taking drugs and alcohol. 😊

🌟Pathways young people have been learning new skills over the past weeks at their hair dressing work experience. They were learning how to apply perming rollers. 💇‍♀️💇🏽

Our talented young people have been working hard with First Steps Future Training to transform the school courtyard at St Maurice's High! From joinery and groundwork to painting, they’ve put their skills into action, and the results so far speak for themselves. Amazing work by everyone! 👏

This week seen our 10 week childcare programme come to an end with a Teddy bears picnic.🧺 They learned about planning activities, SHANARRI wellbeing, basic child development and had a very successful nursery visit. After Easter they will start a nursery placement. Well done 🙌🤩

No matter what career you choose, Customer service is always important and that’s what our youth learned this week through the World Host course they attended through Routes to Work. Amazing effort as always 🙌🙌🤩🤩
