As part of LGBT History Month, our staff today had a talk from Maximillian Mustafa-Holzapfel from Beyond Reflection, who support trans, non-binary and questioning people, as well as from our brilliant LGBT+ Staff Network Co-Chair, Fran White, on the importance of allyship. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Just to add, Emma Harriet Nicholson, you may remember, before HIV was HIV, the term used to describe the illness was GRID: Gay Related Immune Deficiency People genuinely believed it was just affecting gay people, so for years the illness known as HIV, was GRID. You’re not helping.
