From HS to LL. So much fun coaching these little guys. Watching the player development translate to building life skills, like camaraderie, strong work ethic and individual goal setting translate to success on the field and hopefully off as well. #baseball ABCA

💯 After a pretty good run coaching HS, to pivot and coach at this level just reminds me how rewarding this is at any level.

Don’t think I ever caught 4 baseball games in a weekend.

It’s a tale of 2 games but high school - little league it’s all the same. Develop your guys to throw strikes by giving them the tools to get the job done. Hats off Sale and Wyatt to develop into #strikethrowers by trusting the process and working hard. Deric Quigley ABCA

Absolutely……you cannot discount having an administration that supports athletics. It’s one of the biggest factors on why great programs are great.

Let the kids play the game. Coach and umpire hang out before the game and during the game coach meets with umpire to complain about our guy’s delivery after 45 pitches and then umpire reminds other umpire to do what they talked about before the game. #baseball Deric Quigley

What a difference from a couple months ago. Coaching your son has it pros and cons Kai’s progress is definitely falls in the pro category.
