Tämä on tarina, joka jokaisen tulisi lukea. 👇 644 liigapeliä pelannut Jarkko A. Immonen kertoo nyt peliriippuvuudestaan avoimesti. Peliongelmat ovat maksaneet hänelle miljoona euroa. Peliriippuvuus on sairaus, joka tulee ottaa vakavasti. #SJRY #Liiga #rahapelaaminen EHYT ry

The biggest misunderstanding about fitness in the general population might be that workouts need to be long or hard to be beneficial. You can transform your health & fitness with 10 minutes a day.

I think skill level should determine the tees you play from. If you are not breaking 80 about 20% of the time, move up to a shorter tee. Keep moving up if needed. Tee selection should be based on skill. It should NOT be based on gender or age.

Strength training / lifting weights is not dangerous. If you start conservatively and increase weight very slowly the risk of injury is extremely low. Even if you do pick up the occasional tweak, it's still well worth it for the benefits. We need it.
