Another fantastic morning waking our bodies up with our Year 1/2 bootcamp.

Today we counted in 2’s and made the 2X table with counters. We looked to see if we could spot any patterns and we could.

Today we finished our rugby unit of work. We started with a warm up to see how quick we could follow instructions and then did some team passing challenges. Then we played mini tag rugby matches. 🏉

We finished our branch 1 topic- Creation and Covenant with a collective worship reflecting on what promises we will make to look after the world 🌎 We made finger print rainbows 🌈 to remember that God made a promise to Noah not to flood the world again. OSJ_RE

What a fabulous way to start the day- cooking beef burritos with the chef.

We have been frying all our ingredients together and the smell was delicious. We can’t wait to taste them!

We have practised our cutting using the bridge and the claw method. We learnt how spices can add flavour to our food without the need for salt.
