It is deeply distressing to see the current political attacks on those suffering with their mental health, especially the trivialising of depression and anxiety. The reality is, many people are desperately trying to seek treatment for their mental health problems but are stuck.

Every suicide is one too many. I set off a park run in Rothwell last week in memory of a male suicide. Men - speak to your nearest and dearest, they'll love you more for it, get involved in groups, whether fixing guitars or going to #ANDYSMANCLUB You'll find help everywhere.
