💡 A quick way to assess the level of effort/momentum required to continue pushing higher, and the level of Risk for Buyers, is to see how far the first Bias Changing Support Zone is, e.g. today's Initial Support (first Bias Changing Zone) is down at 6722.50-6732.50. $ES_F $SPY

Want to get better at pattern recognition? Open up two windows with the $ES_F Recap chart on one screen and the day's Trader Worksheet on the 2nd screen (side by side). Just observe and build awareness. Notice patterns. Write them down. Repeat. Review the last 3 months.

Even if you've done this exercise in the past; do it again. Ur a different YOU now. As you progress in your trading, you'll notice and pick up on different patterns and discover new insights. You don't have to spend 8 hours a day purely focused on taking trades. Study. Research.
