Police are beginning to mobilize barricades.

Calls have gone out to supporters across the country to order pizza to Atlanta City Hall to keep #StopCopCity protestors fed. More than 20 pizzas have arrived since the calls went out.

After listening to over 12 hours of public comment against Cop City, City Council voted to fund Cop City by a vote of 11-4. After community members left city hall, Councilman Matt Westmoreland made a point to stay and shake hands with Atlanta Police Officers.

"Peace, nonviolence, & restraint" is the standard regular people are held to while the cops riot, murder a forest defender & lie about it, target peaceful activists in the city for arrest, slap them w/ bogus "terrorism" charges, & get caught on a police scanner bragging about it

More than 350 people spoke against Cop City through the night, and only 4 spoke in favor of it.

A person was arrested at their home in Olympia this evening and taken to the Thurston County Jail where they were questioned about a demonstration that occurred last night. They were quickly released after invoking their right to remain silent. (1/4)
