Don't forget about the JH Bridge Creek Powerlifting Meet starting tomorrow at 9am tomorrow. Varsity will begin at the same time on Friday.

All of the regional sign up and information sheets are posted on the website. Be sure to get signed up so your athletes can punch their tickets to state.

Dibble Powerlifting Meet will be taking place tomorrow. Large and Small schools will both be competing but will be in separate divisions. It is a great opportunity for a tune up before Regionals next week for anyone wanting to attend.

8 Man State, Snyder, and Afton results are up. Don't forget that JH East and West State will be taking place on Thursday in Anadarko and Cleveland. Regionals will Thursday-Saturday in Antlers, Cleveland, Anadarko, and El Reno. Check ofbcapowerlifting.com for official times.
