Lost and found! Our field team recently recovered a washed-ashore acoustic receiver near Lunenburg, N.S. The unit is part of a seasonal array that monitors white sharks in the warmer months and provides data on their movements and habitat use. 🌊🦈

Last summer, NSCC students helped deploy and recover OTN receivers for an Atlantic mackerel tagging project. OTN’s scientific director, Robert Lennox, updated them about the research during a recent site visit, and students even had the chance to 'fly' an ROV!
