Hen harriers can be spotted returning to winter roosts at dusk after a day's hunting. Sadly, lockdown is being used as a cover for illegal persecution at harrier roosts on grouse moors in North York Moors NP. If you suspect hen harrier persecution please report it to North York Moors Moorland Monitors.
