How can I add a View to a "Linked View of Database" (formerly "Linked Database") and have it available in other "Linked Views of Database"? What do you recommend for managing Database Views across a Workspace? Notion

Anyone care to provide an API teaching example? I use a macro that gets the URL of an image that is already in Notion, truncates it to what I want, and pastes that into an URL property, an image file properly, and as the Page Icon. How is this done with the API? Thx 🙏 .

Ahoy Notioners and Notion. Is there a way to toggle closed all groups in a Database that has grouping engaged? The keychord “⌥ ⌘t" has no effect afaict. If not, please rush this to users. An option to open Views with all groups toggled “closed” would be useful. TY.

Does anyone else still find Notion’s updated Database Views frustrating? How do you manage Views? What’s the best way to create a Linked Database that has every View in the original? I must be missing something: I can’t see any good way to store & reuse Views. Notion

Tiny Tip for Notion users: afaik, there is no way to create a Simple Table from Text Blocks. As usual with Notion, there is a quirk-around: create an empty Database, select all Blocks and drop into the DB to get an Entry for each; click DB handle & “Turn into simple table”.😎
