This morning, delegates on the Kevin Meaney Customer Service Skills training are looking at key principles that make good customer service and identifying best practice from companies around the world.

We are joined by Mike Fairbotham, Perigean, to deliver an informative session via Zoom on Understanding Contracts. This course aims to improve the knowledge & skill level of delegates to help them understand Contracts & Suppliers to realise Value for Money from third parties.
