I need you to congratulate yourself on a regular basis. Do not wait for the outcome.. the process itself, is what truly matters. You don’t just fly from one point to another.. you work for it. Now that energy/effort you put in daily.. deserves a round of applause! Keep pushing.

You have to be careful with who you have around you because either people around you are feeding your fear, or they’re building your belief.

What really motivates my healing is realizing that person doesn’t care. They don’t care they hurt you, in fact they would do it again. They are living their life not bottled down by the trauma they caused, how dare I give that person power over me?

God, lead the way… I’ll follow with no question. I’m ready to listen, see it, feel it, understand it and want it. Because I know I need it and you won’t steer me wrong.
