First it's Fido, now it's PayPal. Without an Active Phone line you physically CANNOT IN ANY WAY get your money off of PayPal and they actually offer ZERO OTHER WAYS to do this. I was on the phone on hold for HOURS today trying to get my money transferred to my Bank. They won't.
