All classes at Nokomis Montessori South had a lot of fun learning with Afoutayi Dance this week! Thank you to the dance group for sharing their art with us!

So much learning happening at Nokomis Montessori South as students explored different science topics through individual or group projects. Thanks to all--including Science Teacher Ms. Kat and Bell Museum volunteers--that supported a fun Science Night event last night.

We had a great Walk/Bike to School Day at Nokomis Montessori South today! So nice to start the day with some fresh air, sunshine, and movement!

We've had a great first week at Nokomis Montessori South! Great to see all of our returning students and meet our new students and families. So many smiles!

Last week, Ms. Mor Chia's brother came in and shared about his work. He runs a family farm in Oak Grove, MN. Students learned about beekeeping and how honey is made. So much learning! So much fun! We are looking forward to future visits.

Yesterday, the Harding High School Band visited Nokomis Montessori South! We had so much fun--both enjoying the music and visiting with former Nokomis students.

Yesterday, we celebrated a great school year with a school-wide picnic! So much fun!
