Great day for Ella running for Ryston Runners AC in the SEAA Competition Ltd at St Ives today. As well as PB’s in 100 (13.2) & 200 (27.5) discovered new event as came 1st in Triple Jump…… 🤩 well done to the team who came 3rd overall 🥳🙌🥉
