This was my dad 5 years ago. He’s in a care home now, dementia means he never remembers who my kids are, only sometimes knows me (or thinks I’m my brother) and doesn’t always know my mum. Makes Father’s Day a little bittersweet. #feelingnostalgic #happyfathersdaydad
