Thought I would share some interesting intel from recent conversations with our clients. 1/4 - Potential occupier (global brand) enquired specifically about the IAQ to the disposal agent. After price, location and size, building specification for building spec on IAQ was next.

2/4: - One occupiers' search (global media company) was triggered by the poor indoor air quality within their existing office and the safety of their staff.

3/4 Another client is introducing us to a well known European lender. They have concerns that the buildings they are lending on are at risk of obsolescence because they do not meet occupiers' concerns around IAQ and the transmission of viruses/bacteria etc

4/4: A national newspaper recently ran a disparaging article linking poor air quality in a West End location vs high value of a named developers' building. We are providing an AirScore to counter these claims as buildings can act as a buffer against the outdoor environment.
