3/5 As educators we have a key role to play in opposing racism, defending multiculturalism and fostering a welcoming environment in education for migrants and refugees. Our union has a proud tradition of anti-racism, from Blair Peach to opposing the islamophobic Prevent agenda.

National Education Union I have fixed the ex England table. You are recommending acceptance of a pay offer which is still (as of May 2023) between 7.1% and 15.8% behind CPI inflation since 2010. That's a huge 19.3% to 26.9% behind RPI inflation. 6.5% won't change 13 years of cuts. Retention 📉. Reject.
