I sometimes worry that #ncbeer is a marketing lifestyle and not always represents the highest quality. NC has soooo much potential!

How long should a beer sit in the barrel before it's considered aged? Two weeks is not aged in my opinion.

Distributor came in w/same growler of a #ncbeer that she shared with all accounts to try and sell. Off one growler over a 24h period! UGGGH!

If I was a BaZaGillionare I'd buy all NC Breweries there own deliver trucks pay their delivery staff and make NC let them self-distribute :)
