MOTORRAD/FARMHOUSE WEEK 11 – CLADDING AND INTERNAL FIT OUT Visit to site has shown the speed of simple construction techniques. Motorrad workshop extension almost ready for handover. M&E are almost complete, cladding and decoration are done and the slabs are ready for tiling.

We are pleased to have received Building regulations approval on both sites for our client Nine Points Property. The projects at Hemsworth and Saxmundham received approval this week and work is proceeding well on site.

Very last-minute comments from Wiltshire council have delayed the Dick Lovett BMW Mini planning application. We are working hard with Cole Easdon to provide the required information to minimise delays.

With conditional building regulations approval granted on Erith Phases 2 & 3, Derek and Rob visited site to check on the progress of the build. It was fantastic to see so many of the properties now built and occupied.

We have obtained planning permission for the redevelopment of the Food Machinery 2000 Upper Bristol Road in Bath Western Riverside. The residential scheme contains a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and is located close to Victoria Bridge Road and overlooks the river Avon.

Sunday 18th August saw 3 of our most valiant staff joined by their wives head off to Badminton estate to partake in Tough Mudder South West 2019. This was a 10-mile obstacle course contained 25 gruelling challenges.
