Native to western Montana, mountain goats have a compact body and short legs well-suited to navigate the cliffs on which they're found. Mature billies can weigh over 300 lbs, while nannies weigh about 150 lbs. They form small herds, with females being dominant. 📸: Charlie Ott

The American Dipper is a cool bird that can walk underwater! It's the only aquatic songbird in North America and has a pretty gray color. It's a great swimmer and builds cozy nests near streams not to mention its lovely song! 📸: Steven Gnam

The northern leopard frog is quite the eater! It will gobble up just about anything that can fit in its mouth. From insects like beetles and ants to slugs, and even smaller frogs, it has a wide menu. It's even been known to snack on small birds and snakes! 📸: Chad D. Hamblin
