i've mentioned this a handful of times over the past week so i thought i'd share here. ryan olshavsky and i gave a talk on using keynote to design iPhone apps a few years ago and people have said that it's a pretty good intro to app design. developer.apple.com/videos/play/ww…

A little late to the party, but I started messing around after an inspiring few days talking about how fun drawing can be! #EveryoneCanCreate #keynotedrawingchallenge

Ever since I was a kid, I loved making my ideas come to life with apps (Kid Pix, Mario Paint, Visual Basic). I always thought it’d be cool to make my own app to make cool things with. I just realized that, with the help of hundreds of awesome people, I’m living my dream. Cool.

iWork releases a new update! I'm really excited that you can have gradients & images as text! Also, linking to pages & sheets and all the new chart styling options are cool, too.

But maybe my #1 favorite thing in this update is that the color window works a lot better. It can change the color of whatever you select without having to click that little color wheel icon. Whew!
